Hispider predicts: iPhone 15 to be mass produced in August, 12% increase in production
As time comes to July 2023, there are still about two months to go before we will see Apple's annual flagship iPhone 15 series in 2023. Recently an analyst broke the news to Hispider about the iPhone 15 series.
Jeff Pu, an analyst at Haitong International Technology Research, released a message saying that Apple will mass produce the iPhone 15 series phones in August 2023, with shipments expected to be 4 million units in the second half of the year, up 12% compared to last year's iPhone 14 series. Jeff Pu said the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be priced higher compared to its predecessor.
The battery information of the iPhone 15 series was revealed a few days ago. Among the two standard models, the iPhone 15 boosted its battery capacity from 3279mAh to 3877mAh, the iPhone 15 Plus increased its battery capacity from 4325mAh to 4912mAh; the iPhone 15 Pro increased its power from 3200mAh to 3650mAh, and iPhone 15 Pro Max upgraded from 4323mAh battery to 4852mAh.
In addition, Apple foundry Foxlink has confirmed that it has now started mass production of USB-C interface related products and shipped to other foundries. From this point of view, the iPhone 15 series phones will be fully enabled with the USB-C interface. Because of the overall upgrade is large, iPhone 15 series may capture many users.
