Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 outer screen laminate revealed with "folder" shape

A few days ago, Hispider got the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5's outer screen lamination picture from source Ice Universe, further confirming that it will adopt the "folder" shape design of the outer screen.

It was previously revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 will have a 3.4-inch external screen with a resolution of 720*748 and a pixel density of 305 ppi.

It was also revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 measures approximately 165 x 71.8 x 6.7mm when unfolded, with an internal screen size of 6.7 inches.

For comparison, the predecessor Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 measures 165.2 x 71.9 x 6.9mm when unfolded, with a 6.7-inch internal screen and a 1.9-inch external screen.

In terms of imaging, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 will have a 10-megapixel camera on the front and a horizontally arranged dual camera at the back with a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens that supports Dual Pixel PDAF technology and a 12-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens. In terms of specific configuration, Hispider has learned that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 has an external screen size of 6.2 inches and an internal screen size of 7.6 inches, both made of AMOLED and supporting a 120Hz refresh rate; a new teardrop hinge; a second-generation Snapdragon 8 mobile platform (for Galaxy); and three rear cameras, one supporting OIS optical A 50MP main camera with OIS optical stabilization, a 12MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom and OIS optical stabilization, and a 12MP selfie camera on the front; and 25W wired charging support.

For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 comes with a 6.2-inch external screen, 7.6-inch internal screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ chip, 50-megapixel wide-angle camera, 12-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens, 10-megapixel 3x optical zoom telephoto camera combination on the rear, 10-megapixel selfie camera in the external screen, and 4-megapixel under-screen camera on the internal screen. The device has a built-in 4400mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging.
