Hispider has learned that the new Samsung Galaxy launch is scheduled for July 26th! Z Fold5/Flip 5 is coming!
After Hisapider confirmed a few days ago that it will hold a Galaxy Unpacked launch event in Seoul, South Korea, Samsung has now confirmed that the event will be held on July 26 at 8 p.m. South Korean time at the COEX Convention Center in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, where it is expected to unveil its new folding screen phone Z Fold5, Z Flip5, Watch6 series smartwatch, Tab S9 The event is expected to unveil the new folding screen phone Z Fold5, Z Flip5, Watch6 series smartwatch, Tab S9 series tablet, Buds 3 headphones and the new positioning device SmartTag2.
TM Roh, president of Samsung's mobile experience business, recently said that the choice of Seoul for the Galaxy Unpacked launch event has special significance - highlighting the folding screen phone to illustrate Samsung's innovative ideas and reshape the future of mobile experience.
The event will be held at the COEX Convention Center in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, near Tehran Road, known as the "Tehran Valley" and home to many of Korea's IT industries, and Bongun Temple, a thousand-year-old Buddhist temple, so that the world can see the integration of Seoul's development from past to present and future.
It is said that the biggest change in the Samsung Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 is that the foldable phone screen can fit tightly without any gaps. Previously, all Samsung foldable phones had V-wedge gaps to avoid liquid damage or solid particles being deposited inside, so a full fit could be a huge improvement.
Another major change is the Z Flip 5's larger secondary screen, which should make it even more practical - just like Motorola's latest Razr series of foldable phones. The upcoming foldables will come with a new Qualcomm flagship processor, while the leak also predicts some camera upgrades and a larger battery.
Renders of the upcoming Watch 6 Classic show a familiar design. Three tablets from the Tab S9 series will also reportedly be unveiled at the Unpacked event.
According to the renders shared, the design of the new tablets will more or less follow the same pattern as the Tab S8 series. The only key difference is that there is no pill-shaped camera module in sight, and the standard Tab S9 appears to have only one rear camera instead of its predecessor's dual-camera array.
