Samsung Galaxy S24 exposed: Snapdragon 8 Gen3 support

According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy S24 internal code name is Muse1, Galaxy S24 Plus internal code name is Muse2, Galaxy S24 Ultra internal code name is Muse3, a total of three models. All three models will come standard with Qualcomm's new generation flagship platform Snapdragon 8 Gen3, which is Samsung's most powerful high-end model to date.
According to previously disclosed information, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 uses TSMC N4P process, the CPU part is 1+5+2 architecture design, including 1 Cortex-X4 super core, 5 Cortex-A720 large core and 2 Cortex-A520 small core.
The Cortex-X4 is Arm's fourth-generation Cortex-X core, with an increase in the number of ALUs from six to eight compared to the Cortex-X3 and a 15 percent increase in performance, while the new energy-efficient microarchitecture allows for a 40 percent power savings at the same frequency.
Hispider says these performance and efficiency improvements take the experience on the device to a new level and enable the next generation of AI and ML-based applications.
In terms of pricing, the standard version of the Galaxy S24 series should be between $5,000-6,000, with the top-of-the-line Galaxy S24 Ultra priced at more than $10,000 without question, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max price should not be much different.
